Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once your card payment is approved. Prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include the nightly rate, cleaning fee, VAT where shown, and the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee. The full amount is charged at booking.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Network International; we never see or store your card details. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC or UN-sanctioned countries or persons, in accordance with UAE law.

Before you arrive

Dubai law requires us to register every guest with Dubai Tourism. Before check-in, each guest must send a copy of their passport or Emirates ID. Building security will check these on arrival.

A security deposit of AED 1,500 applies to every stay. We will tell you how it is collected before arrival, and refund it after check-out once the home has been inspected. Guests are responsible for damage, extra cleaning, and lost keys or access cards.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM unless agreed otherwise. Each home's own house rules are listed on its page.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are not refundable. To cancel, contact us with your booking reference.

Approved refunds are made to the original card within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. If we ever have to cancel your stay, you receive a full refund.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, booking details and ID copies only to manage your stay and meet Dubai Tourism registration rules. We share them only with Dubai Tourism, building management where access requires it, and our payment processor. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Ask us at any time to see or delete the data we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your stay.
