Guest questions

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Some homes have a 3:00 to 6:00 PM check-in window and others offer self check-in with a lockbox. Each home's page shows its exact times.

A copy of the passport or Emirates ID of every guest. Dubai Tourism requires us to register each guest, and building security checks the same documents at check-in. We will contact you after booking to collect them.

Yes. An additional security deposit of AED 1,500 applies to every stay. We explain how it is collected before you arrive and refund it after check-out once the home has been inspected. Damage, extra cleaning, and lost keys or access cards are charged to the guest.

The total you see before paying covers the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, VAT where it applies, and the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee. There are no booking fees added at checkout.

By Visa or Mastercard, in UAE Dirham, on Network International's secure payment page. The full amount is charged when you book, and your nights are held for you while you pay.

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are not refundable. Our booking terms have the details.

Yes. Every home is cleaned to a hotel standard between stays, with fresh linens and towels ready for your arrival.

No. All of our homes are non-smoking, and pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours apply at night; each home's house rules are on its page.

You can book up to 30 nights online. For longer stays, contact us and we will put together a rate for you.

Yes. Every home is registered with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, and its permit number is shown on its page.
